    <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting&amp;nbsp; a pop up asking if I want to download Ebay isapi.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone tell me please is this genuine or is it a keylogging scam? is it a virus?&amp;nbsp; I googled it up and others have had problems with the same thing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
