How do I report Dangerous Toys

I recently purchased some " Toy" cars

When unwrapping the cars some fell apart.

The items I believe are way too Dangerous to be sold as toys.

They have small dangerous parts ,small sharp spikes comming out of wheels and not fixed an a secure manner.

I believe these items would not meet the Australian Standards and would be choking Hazard and would be considered way too Dangerous to be sold.

Please could look into this matter
