How do I delete items from the Deleted folder?

When I delete something I want it totally gone I have 10 pages in the Deleted Folder and at least 100 items in Did Not Win Folder still to clear.

I delete items from the Did Not Win Folder they then apear in the Deletd Folder but How do I delete items from the Deleted Folder?
