Question How to fix ''URL could not be found''. in Site Issues

Hi all, still can't fix this problem. When I try to either edit my listings, or list a new item, or ask a question of seller, I get the

''The requested URL could not be found". I have cleared the cache and cookies. Regardless of this, it is also on another account holder, with a different computer, a MAC. I am using XP on a Windows machine. Because of this result, could it be in the Ebay system, not just our accounts? I have also tried to go in via Yahoo, instead of my usual Firefox. I am lost on this one, and tearing my little hair that is left. Be grateful of any ideas.
