    <description>eBay staff send me invoice it didn't state there what is that all about just the amount. I didn't know how I owe such that amount. There's 3 option to "call me"," chat with us" and "call us" to solve this problem I tried to called and chat but it says "there's a technical problem" how this will be solve if I can't contacted you and I can't reply to the email with the invoice?...</description>
