If a customer is interested in an item or purchases something from me and wishes to ask a question, I have no way of knowing they are trying to communicate with me.&nbsp; I have spoken with support and apparently it is a widespread issue that they are trying to resolve, however this could take up to two weeks. This has been a problem for over a week now.
