Problem getting sellers contact number from ebay

Hi,

I've just bought a freezer from ebay seller <Removed> and the item number is 111954302171.

I want to obtain the sellers phone number to call them.

I went to advance search then find contact information and entered the above username and item number in the required fields as I have done many times before with post purchase items but it won't give me contact info, comes up with a screen offering multiple excuses for not being able to obtain info.

I entered the correct seller user id and item number 3 times and had my wife and son proof check the username and numbers also but still same screen and excuses for no contact details.

I've never had this problem before??

Anyone have any suggestions?
