promo code didn't work

Hi,

I saw a promo code for 10% off if I bought the item I was looking for from an Australian Seller. I then chose one and purchased the product but when it came time to enter the promo code it wouldn't work. It was from the list of Australian sellers.

I tried it in different browsers and then on my phone and none would work. I had already purchased the item but not paid when I discovered the problem. I went ahead and paid the full price so I could get that going. Who to I email to try to get my 10% off? is it the seller or ebay?

seems like false advertising to show a promo code that it doesn't accept.
