My purchase histroy has gone missing, i can not access or send emails (offers) to sellers. when trying to make a purchase i had a notification that the server is down.

I CAN NOT FIND AN AUSTRALIA PHONE NUMBER FOR HELP? I have tried to report on the help app which said a 5 minute wait, 2 hours later i gave up.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?

The call center is not in Australia and is closed anyway as it has been for months due to Coronavirus

There are now a couple of dozen threads here on the same and similar issues, I do not have any other ideas other than what has already been suggested on all of those

Including

Disabling ad blocker for eBay

Updating if using an old version of Firefox

Not uisng Internet Explorer at all

PLUS, it is Friday which is eBay fiddle day, so all the usual Friday issues are going to add to these new issues

When you say help app, do you mean Live Chat ?
