Today I find vulgar decals (stickers) depicting a woman involved in a sexual act. She is holding on to the outside of the car door with a man behind her. The caption reads no free rides. There is no way of contacting anyone with the capacity to register a complaint and all I get is referrals to rules &amp; regulations. The sorts of people that this message appeals to do not need encouraging. Their views on relationships with women &amp; sex are already skewed and to allow this sort of abusive material to remain available to any age group is wrong on many levels.
