Question Cannot activate listing in Site Issues

Cannot activate listing

Whenever I try to list an item, it shows a pop-up saying 'We've updated how you get paid on eBay, so before your listing goes live, take a second to review your details and let us know where to send your money.' It then redirects me to an invalid webpage when I click a button. Is there any way to fix this?

I’ve already looked through the website and there is nothing that works. I am not able to add a bank account to my eBay account.
