Question Removing Auctiva in Selling Tools

Hi, I recently tried the Auctiva listing assistant but found it was not for me, mainly because it didnt work with my Ipad. So, I cancelled the programme and my membership but I still get their blanks in my listings showing just their name and large blank squares which irritatingly take up space on my listing. Any good person out there know how I can get rid of these (see my listings to see what I am on about)

Thanks anyone
