Question How to make an inventory in ebay in Selling Tools

I am trying to build up an ebay business. I need to make an inventory of all my stock so I know what things I have in stock, how many and where they are. Is it possible to use the inventory feature of ebay to keep track of all these things. any suggestions would be welcome. I have no knowledge of making a data base, or stock keeping.

looking forward to learning something new.
