    16.3%

I've just started an Ebay store after about 18 months surviving without one and have been paying 13.3% plus .30 cents, I have my first order with the store and the % is showing that I am paying 16.4% for this transaction, can anyone advise as I thought if you purchased a basic store your fees would be lower regards Hoodlum Fishing

Has your performance level or service metrics dropped.  If so you are charged an additional 5% + GST

Have you run the calculations to see if your having a store is worth it?

For many sellers, it is not.

You don’t have anywhere near the volume of items and sales that would justify having a store. I suggest you go back to the previous state of things, and that you sell without a store at this point.
