Seller is using two accounts
Seller is non stop abuvise to eBay buyers in feedback effecting people to return and use eBay as a platform
this seller should be removed from the ebay platform both account have the same images and same listings of the same items duping listings , but the main issue is the abuse they leave in feedback to buyer
both accounts should be flagged and the user should be banned and there ID blocked off the ebay platform

·1 year agoPS Just so you know, you are not allowed to name individual sellers on the board, so i feel that once a moderator sees this, most of your post will be deleted. They may leave only the opening sentences.
Those don't convey the level of abuse.
I think you can post photo examples of feedback comments, as long as they do not identify either the seller or buyer.
But for others reading this, if the feedback examples are gone, just know they were bad and sli8936 had good reason to complain.

·1 year agoYou are completely right, that seller is extremely abusive. Some of the worst I have seen, and includes 4 letter words. Disgusting comments.
Ebay doesn't 'see' feedback as such, but if this seller has left you abusive feedback, then you need to contact ebay. Go to the help pages, persist till you get a human, it can be done.
Ask them to look at your feedback and the feedback they routinely give to people who dare to give him a negative.
I think you will find ebay will remove it and they may give him a warning. There are strict rules about abuse etc in feedback, it is not allowed.
Just so you know, you (and other buyers) are perfectly entitled to open an ebay claim for item not received if it doesn't arrive by the delivery date range outlined in the ad. You don't need to ask the seller or communicate, you can do it automatically through ebay and you should. Never let a seller intimidate you.
This seller, by the looks of it, has a habit of posting late. Maybe drop shipping, who knows.
But I can tell you that any seller with a feedback score of 94-95% is a seller with problems. That is considered by most of us on this messageboard as a really low score for a volume seller.
For a small seller, it could happen with just one issue so you could give them the benefit of the doubt but with a bigger seller, it means there have been multiple problems.
Always, always, check seller location plus feedback comments, go to 'All feedback' and especially check the negs to see if there is a pattern.
I don't think ebay will ban this seller (although they should consider it) because he probably does post his stuff-eventually. Ebay allows a lot of what I would call poor sellers to keep selling. But report this seller and his 2 accounts and persist till that feedback is removed, you don't have to put up with that. Hopefully the ebay rep will warn off this seller if you alert ebay to the problem with his feedback. Let us know how you get on!!

·1 year agoWhy are you going through all this C..p to show it on a member to member forum? What do you want other members to do about it. Ebay if ever barely read here so will never know about your vent.
If you have been caught by the seller - more fool you. Did you bother to check their feedback first?
