awaiting call from an agent for hours
Ive been on the chat for hours trying to get information about 2 items sold and their payments to me ..... typed in 'call" as was advised .... was then told in the chat that an agent would call me in 2 mins ... that's about 5 hours ago ....and now starting all over again and no response other than the same useless generic responses with irrelevant drop down menus .... howdy get to speak to an agent ?

·9 months agoPotentially since your last feedback was a neg, the longer hold will apply, which is not surprising
Even one of your positives is not that great
Even if they were, eBay would likely see you as a ‘new’ seller since you have not sold much recently
Have you posted these items in question?
I honestly can’t see you getting the fund released early given your poor % rating

You've sold and received feedback for selling in the last 6 months so you should be registered to sell and signed up for managed payments
