Can I offer buyer a different item than what they purchasex
An item I sold had been lost after it sold. I have offered the buyer a similar item and he has agreed. Is this ok to do?

·1 year agoYes, but make sure it is all documented in ebay messages, and see if you can upload additional photos , of the alternative item, to the original listing, and make sure it is very clear that the buyer is agreeing to purchase the alternative item.
