·3 years agoIf its your first payout you may have to wait 30 days, if you havent sold in some time. As you are treated as a new seller.

·3 years agoMy bank said they are having issues processing payments to and from accounts at the moment, so things should return to normal shortly.

·3 years agonot sure what the hassle is, Ebay say 3 to 5 days. Why all the commotion, it was still within that timeframe.
Take it as a bonus when you do get it the next day. Sadly we are to quick to complain, but no one ever comes on here and says how quick Ebay are at paying. just complain complain complain.

For the record, I am scheduled for payments every Wednesday. As usual, I got my payment yesterday. Smooth as clockwork.

·3 years agoMost transactions regardless where they are in the world take at most 1-2 business days at most, 3-5 days now is just an excuse. Clearly just means they aren't sending it on time.

·3 years agoThe “business invoice” scam is infamously prevalent at present; so is the “We’re Fraud Prevention at [insert bank name] and have detected a fraudulent attempt to access your account from Romania” scam. Scam bots trawl the internet for data on any potential victims; it’s not done usually with manual search and copy.
Matching up victim name with name of bank is just one of many pieces of valuable ID information. Frankly, any snippet of information can be and is being used nowadays against people who are being subjected to sophisticated and alarming scams. With the uptick in AI, it’s only going to get worse.
Reading what hackers and scammers think of Australians is an eye opener for anyone who thinks Australians are not highly desirable targets.

·3 years agoWhile it’s lovely that you’ve all received your payments, in the current scam climate you should not reveal the bank with which you have an account. Any information you post here is publicly available and can be used in a convincing fraud.
Be extra cautious and don’t click onto any links purporting to come from your bank. Always phone your bank on the number on your bank statements only.

·3 years agoMissing Sunday payment as well. Money from yesterday still hasn't gone through. I'm with commonwealth and payments are normally processed by lunchtime.

·3 years agoPayments have now been received! Since my comment on this thread earlier this morning, I've been on the phone to Customer service (Ebay) and my bank. Ebay bloke told me that I wasn't the first from Australia to call today with the problem. He couldn't do anything as enough time hadn't passed yet but he did assume there was some glitch with some banks in Australia which will fix itself. He was right, both of my missing payments have just come through at the same time. Hope this happens to the rest of you lot. Cheers.

·3 years agoYes I am the same! Friday and Saturday came through as normal but Sunday is missing. I am only hoping it comes through today with Mondays payment but im doubtful. It normally happens like clockwork. I really hope I don't have to go on a long winded mission where ebay support tells me it's the banks fault then bank tells me ebay 😞

·3 years agoNo payment has showed up in my account since Saturday's. I'm with NAB, and they told me they process them when they get them.
NAB usually process the same day as I receive eBay's email, and in two years there has only been maybe one or two times it's been a day late (and never more than that).
I'd say if it's all banks then there's an eBay issue, if it's only NAB it's a bank issue.
