    GST on Imported .999 fine silver rounds

    Ebay has incorrectly charged me Australian GST on GST free .999 fine silver rounds which I purchased from overseas. Ebay would not refund the GST and have told me to claim the refund from the ATO.

    Has anyone successfully done this?

    If so, how did you do it?

    The ATO website is a nightmare to navigate and I have been unable to work out how to go about this.
