What were you told when you contacted the bank?
Other members (the only ones) here have been trying to help you but you don't seem to be listening.
As I and others said on your other thread you are the only one who can do anything about it.

If as a seller
Have you completed sign up for Managed Payments and read up about the holds on funds for all new sellers etc?
If as a buyer
How and when did you pay?
(ie via PayPal or directly into the seller's bank account)?
Was it through eBay or did the seller ask you to pay outside of eBay?
Or something else?
Members need basic detail in order to be able to best help/advise
