I have had a transaction from my bank account for $199.89 (AUD) but no purchase

I did not purchase anything for that figure and have no items in my summary either showing I purchased anything. How do I chase this up and get my money back?

Is the drop down box on your Purchase History Page: See Orders - showing the correct timespan ?

Did anyone purchase as a guest ?

First thing you should have done is report it to your bank so they can cancel your card and investigate

Have you done this?

If it states it is for an eBay purchase, and you do not allow anyone else to use your account, you then need to contact eBay and notify them your account has been hijacked/hacked

That is if this charge is actually shown on your bank account/statement

And not an email from a scammer pretending you have a debit of that amount
