I was charge by eBay for a eBay label that l hadn’t used l paid with my own money which was 15$
I was charged by eBay for a label l did not use reason being the post office could not print it out so l paid 15$ to send the parcel to buyer from my end l already let eBay know as they had a servay asking how did label go l don’t own a printer l find this way with labels harder for me as a seller regards

That is what you needed to do
Filling in a survey is not letting eBay know
And letting eBay know is not cancelling the label
