Item undeliverable, No way to contact ebay until after delivery date. . . | Ask a member

So Im not sure if this is even worth posting here but I'm out of options since its impossible to contact ebay until for another 2 weeks once my item is past due. I bought an item from the UK that clearly stated it shipped to australia, a few days after it was shipped i received and message saying that the item was undeliverable. Now when I look at the items listing it says, does not ship to australia. Despite the fact that the seller has confirmed they have shipped many items to AUS in the past and cant figure out what ebay is doing. So my question is, does anyone know of a way to get some answers or get in touch with ebay directly? I dont want to wait another two weeks to be able to contact them only to find out that there is nothing to be done. Its a part I need asap and want to get to the bottom of the issues as soon as i can. So i know if i can just buy another one right now and refund the one that ebay failed to ship....Never had this issue before so im at a loss.
