Not able to apply 17% and $5 Vouchers
Hi,
I've been an eBay plus member for quite a few years.
Over the last year applying discounts don't work. I get an error message.
Today I used chat to explain the problem with an example but not purchasing. The problem was corrected with the particular example and the 17% could be applied.
I tried again later tonight and I still can't apply the discounts?
Has anyone any idea how to resolve this problem?
