Offshore buyer's payments into seller's offshore account e.g. UK ,

Question

I am located in Australia and want to list some antique/collectible books internationally on eBay.

It is not clear from e-bay Help whether/how I can direct offshore buyers to lodge payment in local currency into a local bank account I hold e.g. in the U.K.

You can't, all payments MUST go through Managed Payments.
