Hi everyone,
I have an issue with the refund. The payment method I used to pay for the item was a combination of a coupon and part of the cash. The coupon was from the best price guarantee. The item was faulty and was returned to the seller. The refund was accepted by the seller. However, eBay only refunded part of the cash, but I couldn't find the part of the refund in the form of a coupon. I have chatted with eBay Customer Service twice, but going nowhere. I want to complain about that, but couldn't find any details. Does anyone know how to log a complaint or even to the Ombudsman?

·1 year agoYou need to read the T&C's that apply to that coupon, but generally you will not get back the savings you got from that coupon, nor can you use it again.
