Hi there - would appreciate your help . Have returned an item to a warehouse . The seller agreed to a refund. However in the meantime my credit care details have changed ( spam) and so refund cannot be put through to the old card number (by which it was paid for) . I have been told I need to contact ebay . Does anyone know how to guide me through this . I am not sure how to get through to ebay . Many thanks

·3 years agoDid you pay via PayPal? If so, make sure you update your card details in PayPal.
Otherwise, contact eBay via Live Help: link is at the bottom of every eBay Help page. Direct link to make it even easier: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210 (click more, and “contact an agent”, but you’ll need to wait until 8 am tomorrow.
