Seller won't respond or make refund
Hi i have a seller who won't respond to my emails over many months or make refund, despite the return been made on April 14.
He owes me money and won't pay, i cant get help anywhere, can someone from ebay call me. The order was over 30 days but he new about this as i was away, the product was never used, and he has had now for nearly three months. i just want my refund asap and for this seller to be warned for this behavior.

If you want to contact eBay, you should use the "Help" hyperlink found at the top and/or bottom of every page.
In relation to your situation, eBay has set time frames for claims under the MBG, and also for returns. Unfortunately, the information you've provided indicates that you've allowed that time frame to lapse. eBay don't care about each individual's circumstances - just whether the conditions of the MBG have been met.
In the scenario you describe, even though it may (or may not) be unethical, the seller is under no obligation to provide you with a refund. Further, eBay won't take any action (including issuing a warning) based solely on your say-so simply because you expect a refund.
For future reference, please open your return request within the relevant timeframe and follow through with it... else you'll end up in the same situation again.
