Sendle failure to deliver
I have a buyer who has not had their order delivered. I sent the parcel the day before it was announced that there were problems for Sendle. My buyer has opened a dispute about the items. I am wondering how other people are getting on. Are we going to have to refund when this situation is out of our hands?. ....Geordlyn
