I have a very complex problem concerning shipping to America. The buyer has paid to ebay the necessary 10% duty required by USA Customs which should then be transferred together with the postage cost to my bank account as I am required to pay postage and tariff to Australia Post when I deliver the parcel to the post office.
For some reason ebay has retained the $160 tarriff preventing me from posting the parcel.
I have been unable to solve this problem using bots and chatting with agents who have no idea how to solve the problem.
Does anyone have a solution or a phone number I can ring please.

·9 months agoThe solution is to simply post the item. You don't get to wait until you receive cleared funds before posting - no eBay seller does.
You are required to ship the item within your advertised handling time. You'll receive your payment in due course.
