Stop seeing USA listings when I search

Hi all   Is there a way to stop having USA listings come up when I search? Other countries are fine, but I don't know whats gone on with US shipping lately, and that bargain item is often $400+ to ship to Australia.

Why have you removed the ability to select 'Australia Only' from category searches?

      Tax Invoices and dodgy suppliers

When is eBay going to address GST from its business sellers when multiples of them cannot supply me with a tax invoice for my business? We had to jump thru hoops to prove who we were as a business to sell on eBay and yet you have multiple supposed businesses in Australia that cannot give me a tax invoice and constantly say they are only a third party - does the tax office know they exist on your platform? All our sales have a tax invoice supplied which is required by law in Australia.

What is going on here? Nothing like this has ever happened to me on eBay. Please advise!

I recently purchased a watch from a seller with 100% positive feedback on Ebay. The seller DID say in their description, there were no returns on this item but they also claimed that the watch has been checked and all functions were working correctly. When I received the watch and I checked it over, I noticed that when advancing the time, the date changed at 3am instead of midnight as it is supposed to on this movement. (Citizen caliber e210). I said the watch was not as advertised and I wanted a refund. The seller agreed to my refund request and eBay provided me with a return label. I sent the watch back the same day and I know from Australia post tracking that the watch has been received by the seller. The watch was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and a padded bag when I returned it. However, now the seller has opened a case against ME and eBay has said they are reviewing the case. I am really confused - what is going on and where do I stand with this? I paid $535 for the watch but now I am out $535 AND I don't have the watch. What is this seller playing at? If eBay finds against me based on whatever the seller is claiming (and I have no idea WHAT he is claiming), do I get the watch sent back to me or do I end up with no watch and no $535? I'm pretty annoyed and confused because nothing like this has ever happened to me before when buying stuff on eBay and I am hoping someone here can provide advice or ideas about what this seller is playing at.

      Postage issues in Melbourne

I believe something bit odd going on. I bought supplement from Sunshine and postage label issued for tracking. However tracking dormant. So live Ballarat and should take 3-4 days but no delivery and can't check tracking. I reckon supplement may come but not from Oz. Have written to company and they know nothing. Is this possible scam?

      International refunds

Hi I purchased a Shimmer and Shine doll set for my daughter from a UK seller. He sent me a dinosaur toy play set instead. He said he would give me a full refund but it was short $30. When I informed him of this he said he only needs to pay the UK postage and not the international postage. He said eBay would pay this. Is this right? Every time I try to contact eBay I get told the seller has given a full refund and the matter is closed. How do I get my $30 back?

Addressing Seller Misinformation in Online Marketplaces

I recently purchased a product which had its location listed as in Queensland/Australia. The seller had indicated a 'Make an Offer' field and I duly made an offer which was met with a counter offer being more than the original listed price. The seller made some strange excuse about US$, then stated that they did not have my full address, which is already recorded with ebay and Paypal. Eventually I was able to purchase at the original listed price. This was undoubtedly the most confusing transaction I have had in over 10 years of purchasing via ebay. The seller then informed me that the item was located in Japan and would be sent from Japan, contrary to the listed location. As I would normally try to puchase from Australian based sellers, I find this very misleading ie the seller indicating an Australian location, but actually located in Japan. I do not expect any action from ebay but will not purchase from this seller again.

How to get a refund from fraudulent eBay Manga Figurine Seller from China

Hi. I purchased two figurines from an eBay seller based in China. They appear to have multiple accounts here. I ordered the items in December 2025. One was listed as a pre-sale. I know, I should have known better. Instead of shipping the figurines, they sent me a letter via courrier to simulate a shipment and pretend that the items were shipped. I've been given the runaround since then, with fake ETA's and nonesense. Of course it's not possible to leave any kind of feedback, which explains why they have little negative feedback in the first place. I've contacted the eBay resolution centre but I suspect that these are largely useless. I'm not hoping for a resolution and my money is probably forever stuck in some chinese thieve's account. So if you're thinking of getting a resin anime/mange statue from a Chinese seller on eBay, be mindful that all you might get is a letter and lots of headaches. Such a shame that these business practices are allowed.

      fraudulent sellers on ebay

Returns on ebay seem impossible even when seller lists free returns and full refunds am fighting to get this for item which did not work due to description not being adequate or complete and the seller has 2 ID's and refused to provide a return postage label. Ebay customer support of no benefit at all, just gave seller extra time to respond citing :distance" of item? Was supposedly located in Sydney Australia but seems it came from China after all. Seller now trying to bargain with me about withdrawing my compliant in order to get a full refund, which I am entitled to under Australian consumer law. Am over ebay and it's lying sellers, do not have any trust in the sellers or ebay as a company. Buyer's protection is a joke.

I can't purchase anything! I keep on getting weird errors.

I cannot purchase anything nor bid on anything. I have received active offers too. When I'm proceeding to checkout, I am getting this error message: "Unfortunately, this item isn’t available for purchase in your location.{e295387-1260494x}" Yes, this item is available in my country and the seller ships all over the world. and if I accept an offer, I get this error message: "There's an issue processing your request." Anyone know what should I do? I have tried it on browsers but no luck.
