If you purchased the item, how long ago and what is the Estimated Delivery Date? Has the item arrived damaged or faulty or not as described? Has it not arrived?

There is no surprise when you insist on repeatedly supporting such sellers, there will be issues
The seller does not need to respond for you to be able to open a dispute if there is cause to do so
