3/8/21 perchased giantz 10" chainsaw o/n plus 15..07420.76466 was delivered to my address 10th/8/21
As stated i purchased a giantz 10"chainsaw on 3/8/2021 . Battery has decided months ago to give up the ghost. Would appreciate under warranty replacement.

eBay neither provide, nor enforce warranties
*IF* the seller you purchased from is an authorised seller/re-seller of the item, you need to contact them
If not, there is no warranty , regardless of what the ad said

·3 years agoIf you didn't buy it from an authorized reseller, it is at the seller's discretion to honour the warranty or not (it is not compulsory), and sadly most sellers don't. There are many cases here if you search the forum where people say they are ignored by sellers who are not authorized resellers when they have a problem under warranty.
In any case,you have to contact the seller.
