I think the reality is most people don't use ebay much, let alone care whether the Want it now feature is present or not. Unless you had a massive public drive with tens of thousands of signatures, I doubt it would work. Maybe not even then.
Why would anyone waste their time 'petitioning' eBay who do not take suggestions/petitions/requests to bring back something that has not existed in eons?
