    Aramex the worst company ever

Summary: loco4401 expressed strong dissatisfaction with a courier company, describing them as 'the worst company ever.' The thread includes responses from twyngwyn and *casey*, but the specific issues raised were not detailed in the discussion. Other participants like springyzone and michellebartley also joined the conversation, though their comments are not specified. The discussion represents a shared sentiment of frustration among the users towards the company in question.

Spat the dummy at aramex because they lost the package in transit and there worthless call center is like breasts on a bull when it comes to dealing with them as they cant even tell you where the package is or when it passed through there centers like you can see with every other company.

So after my dummy spit the person at young has said that they will return every package that comes through there door addressed to me after my less then polite emails and phone calls because of there useless system.

Would be nice if they just handed all international packages to auatralia post.

I have had parcels delivered to me by "Aramex" for a few years now, both international & local, and I must say that I've never experienced any difficulties with them.

My (very limited) experience with call centres (think sendle) is you will be fobbed off for the first few tries till you can impress on them there is an ongoing problem. But it pays to keep polite if you can.

All the same, if the item has not arrived, you don't need to spend countless hours on the phone trying to solve this. Just do as casey says and once the estimated arrival date passes, immediately open an ebay claim for an item not received. Follow it through and I can't see how you could lose.

As for their threat to return every package addressed to you in future. Got to laugh. As if. They can't even find one that is already in their system, I doubt if they are organised enough to check every new arrival.

And even if they did, that would cost them time and money and it would inconvenience the sender, not you.

If you don't get an item, you get a refund.

Yes, A.P. are the only ones I trust and deal with…..

just search any of the couriers at the top of the page, and up will come : horror stories 😳

Back in the day, A.P. would regularly monitor these boards, contact direct and sort out issues…..now MyPost takes care of it

Yes, the advice has always been: ask seller to send by another method…….but….why would they, when they would lose their ‘protection’.

You have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an 'item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

    https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

If you've left it too late you have 180 days to open a claim with Paypal

Or, as a last resort. you could try a chargeback through your bank
