Stop spamming the seller and follow the correct process to get your money back

Include in your posts you have not followed the correct process and still expect to be covered

eBay have no clue there is an issue when you have failed to tell them by opening a dispute

Given the seller has dubious feedback, you also had the option not to buy from them, or to leave them neg feedback yourself

All that work and in reality, few of the people who see your texts or posts will have come across that seller anyway. Nor will they remember the seller name for long. Maybe not even for 5 minutes after reading.

On the other hand, you could save yourself bother and hit the seller where it really hurts them. In the pocket.

Stop messaging. If your items arrived within the last 30 days and do not work as advertised, open a proper ebay claim and follow through for a refund.

Then if you must plaster facebook feed about it, you can tell everyone how you dealt with it and what to do if they ever strike a problem. That would be more useful.
