buying an item that is in Uk. Seller agrees to send to Aus . Ebay wont allow me to buy it why?
I want to buy 2 figurines from a charity store on ebay. They agree to post to Aus.
Ebay wont allow me to buy. My account is excellent with no bad marks against it. Why wont it work to buy

Ask the seller to check their settings.
They may have forgotten that they've ticked the box to block buyers:
"Block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location to which I don't post"
The seller can either untick the block or add your ID to their buyer block exemption list

The seller was adamant that his setting were correct. The answer to your question is a big fat NO.
I had to send to a drop shipping address in UK now from there I need to pay for postage again.
Ebay was right. Seller was wrong.

Prior to this post (which contains the above question), the only question in this entire thread is within your OP.
Your rather rude statement makes no sense whatsoever, although it certainly does give a great insight into why you may not be able to buy from a number of eBay sellers.
