Can't get pick-up code.
Recently purchased some items and paid through ebay website with local pick. The seller kindly dropped off and said he had get the pick up code. It was totally new to me and I didn't have the app installed on my phone. I said I would sent code later on. Have now installed the app, found the order, and hit the 'Get Pickup code' button. Nothing happens. What can I do next? Thanks

OP4 years agoI have already collected the item from seller. What now? Please post helpful advice, not cut and pasted guides from EBay.

·4 years agoAs most of us wouldn't be in your situation we can only go by eBay guides.
Tell the seller to mark it as posted, leave feedback, get the QR code for any future pickup items.
My crystal ball is in for refurbishment, so I can't offer advice other than the bleeding obvious.

The bleeding obvious is that your crystal ball needs to be updated!

So, apart from dragging up an old thread, your complaint seems to be baseless.
