Can’t receive my item.

I bought 2plants in Australia eBay, now can’t receive it, i 3 times contact the seller want to back my money, but no answer, so I need help.

Did you buy plants that are not allowed into the state you live in?

IF that is it, it is your responsibility as the buyer to know what plants cannot be bought from one state and 'delivered' to you in another

Not the seller's fault if that is the case

Three times in how long and how long ago?

Not all sellers are online 24/7

Otherwise you need to let other members know exactly what is going on, otherwise we can only 'guess' rather than offer accurate help based on your situation

Is this from the seller who is in Sri Lanka that just left you feedback?

If so, very possible you are not allowed to import whatever theses plants are into Australia

Again, your responsibility to know what is not allowed
