check out not working 1/8/23

i bought my item from EBAY search went to checkout picked paypal for payment ...Paypal recognised me on this device no need to enter password Now it is frozen in checkout i can not continue just locked. Then EBAY emails me to comlete my checkout but i can not I have tried numerous times The visa is ok plenty of money in it the date on the visa expires in 2 yrs Is it just me is my iphone out of date iphone6 . Last purchase which went through ok was 27/7/23 no problems Any suggestions I emailed paypal no answer yet.....kennyg08
