DAI have lost 3 out of 4 of my items

DAI have managed to loose 3 out of 4 items that I recently purchased. One was left out the front of my apartment building, IT WAS LEFT LAYING ON THE GROUND, near the sliding doors that 100’s of people walk in everyday. Another, I received a message that the will be taking to a hub for collection. A week later when I still hadn’t heard from them, I contacted them only to be told they don’t know what hub it had been taken to. The 3 item had delivery attempted twice then it was sent back to the sender. Only problem is they have not received it. That was 4 weeks ago. So disappointed that a company could be so poorly organised and nothing seems to be able to be done about it. I don’t see them re-imbursing me anytime soon for the items they have lost.

The other two: contact the seller, who can lodge a complaint to DAI.
What is the expected delivery date of the other two?

OP9 months agoI don’t think being left out on the footpath on a main road near sliding doors to an apartment building a ‘safe place’ for a package to be left! That’s not piracy, that’s neglect. One of the other items missing was due between 17th to 25th November. I still have not been contacted back by the delivery company with where it has been taken to for collection. 3rd item, the one that was returned to sender is still missing, not received by sender. I’m just really disappointed that this one company has so many problems delivering items where I’ve never have had problems before with any of the other companies that deliver packages.

There are numerous threads on this forum alone warning others not to use them, aside from all the other sites where complaints about this mob are posted on
I don't see anything changing with them
Apparently enough people do though to keep on using them time after time
