I've given your post a tick in the hope you might come back to view the comments.
1. This is an open messageboard for the public. You are not sending private messages to ebay. Probably no one from ebay will see it, let alone reply to it.
2. You can apply to a moderator to remove your personal details. A mod will probably do this in any case even if you don't.
3. For the future. If you ever buy something that does not arrive within the estimated delivery dates, you open a proper ebay claim. You'll see tabs to do this if you go into your ebay purchase details. The problem is, you only have 30 days after the due date in which to open an ebay claim & it seems you have just missed the window.
If you paid via paypal though you have 180 days in which to open your claim. If you can do this, make sure to follow up, do not let it lapse. Also, whatever you do, do NOT ask the seller to post or resend. If the seller makes an offer to resend or even says that have resent & asks you to close the claim, say no, you want the refund. On no account close the case until you have the refund or the item. Follow through.
4. Also for the future. You may be new to ebay but many sites show feedback or reviews.
If you are going to buy things online, you need to learn to check them out.
I know it can sometimes be hard for those new to ebay to interpret feedback so I'll give you a heads up. There is a comment right under the seller's name that says positive feedback over the last 12 months, xx%.
If that percent is below 99%, you need to be wary and check out things carefully before buying. You need to check things out for any purchase, but especially for sellers whose rating is slipping.
Even the rawest of newbies should have questioned a seller with only 34.7% positive rating.
In my opinion, this seller should long since have been kicked off ebay.
But unfortunately there are a few shonky sellers on ebay (most are okay).
You're setting yourself up as a victim though, someone easy to defraud, because you're not doing even basic things online.
-You are not reading any ebay help pages, even when you run into trouble, which is what an item not arriving is. Trouble. All the info to open a claim is there.
- You are not reading basic instructions before posting here or you would have known it was a public messageboard.
Have you gotten in touch with the seller? Nobody here can actually work on your behalf on this matter, unfortunately. And it's probably not a wise idea to share your private information (like your address).

·8 months agoeBay is fully aware of this as indicated by the "eBay refunded" and '"disputes" mentioned in feedback.
Yet they leave 48,000 items listed on the seller's account.
We've seen this all before.
Another absolute disgrace !

It was up to you use the tools eBay gives you to open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Which you are now well out of time to do
How did you pay?
The seller has 34% feedback, why on earth would you buy from them????
And asking it to be resent in your feedback will achieve nothing
If you buy from such an obvious scammer, you cannot be surprised to be scammed
