    Do I need to start the return on Ebay if replace an item.

    The seller agree on my request for a replacement and send me a return label. They will send another one to me once receive the returned (instead of refund).

    Should I launch the return on ebay ?

    I would avoid a replacement; you can always repurchase after receiving a refund.

     

    But you should read the Money Back Guarantee policy page to understand the timeframes, deadlines, requirements, etc.
