    I made a purchase, the payment was paid by pay pal to eBay commerce. But now i don't have a order or tracking number  and the seller did not receive  the order. so no one can help as i don't have a transaction number and you cant talk to any one from eBay. Can anyone help please?

    Did you buy using the account you are posting on, or did you buy as a guest?

     

    Why can't you talk to eBay?  eBay Help is at the top of every page

     

    If you bought using this account, it will be in your purchase history 

     

    And you would have gotten an email confirmation of your purchase as well

     

    You would not have a tracking number until it was sent, if provided by the seller
