·1 year agoJust been scammed by commerce ebay australia myself. Absolutely terrible help support from ebay themselves, only robots to talk to who can't understand a word.

·1 year agoRubbish. eBay Commerce is where your payment goes.
Your issue is undoubtably with the seller.
Nothing to do with eBay Commerce, everything to do with you not knowing how buyer protection works.

If you bought something that did not arrive you open a dispute
If you bought something and is was wrong/broken. you open a dispute
If someone used your account to buy something without your permission, you report it to your bank
As already said, you buy from various overseas buyers, you are overseas too

Can’t find much on EBay Commerce Australia - except they are registered in Sydney.
I think we have both been scammed.

2. eBay Commerce is what you’ll see in every eBay transaction; ever since MP (Managed Payments) came in, your payments go to eBay, who then disburse the funds (less fees) to the seller. No, not a scam.

If you buy items listed on eBay, you pay for them
You say you 'can't find much' yet you have been a member on eBay for almost ten years
If you have really been charged for a purchase you did not make, have you reported this to your bank, cancelled your card, notified eBay your account has been compromised?
Please don't post EBay Commerce is a 'scam' and tell another person you thing they have been 'scammed'
