Extra 10% off seller's price with code MRCH10
Summary: A discussion was initiated about an extra 10% off a seller's price using the code MRCH10. Several participants (evanalaa, sandypebbles, *casey*, and springyzone) engaged in the conversation, but the specific content of their posts was not available for review.
Hi there,
I bought a set recently, but I didn't get the " Extra 10% off seller's price with code MRCH10".
While in the details said "Offer Period. This offer is provided by eBay Marketplaces GmbH (“eBay”) and commences at 10:00am AEDT on 9 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 22 March 2026 (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time as set out in the Changes clause below."
1- Eligibility. This offer is available to eBay Plus members and non-eBay Plus members as set out in clause 4 below.
2- Conditions. This offer entitles you to: non-eBay Plus members to take 10% off; ...
- “Seller’s Price” means the current price that the seller is selling an Eligible Item for, after any seller discounts and/ or coupons, but prior to application of the redemption code for this offer.
- “Eligible Items” means items listed on eBay.com.au where a link to these terms and conditions and the coupon redemption code MRCH10 (for non-Plus Members) or MRCH12 (for eBay Plus members) is found in the item listing.
Can you please resolve this issue, as I have the right to get the 10% off this item bought recently.
Looking forward to your action to refund me 10% off the price.
Kind regards,
Evan N

·4 months agoI agree with casey that you have nothing to lose by asking ebay. That is, if you applied that code into your purchase before paying.
Was the link actually shown in the listing itself, as it seems only some items are covered by that discount.
I'll be honest, I have my doubts you'll get that discount now but if you did fulfill all the conditions, it is worth a try.
My own experience with those sorts of discounts (been a while since I had one) is that I need to apply it before I pay. The reduced price is then displayed and only then do I pay. If the code didn't lead to a reduction in price, I'd probably click out and try again or contact ebay help before I paid.

The promotion's only just started and still showing on the listing.
If you can confirm that you used the 'correct' code and you met all the conditions, you have nothing to lose by asking eBay Help why the code didn't apply.
Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page in the following link and on the right hand side you'll see the automated assistant. Ask to speak to an agent or supervisor.
They usually read from a script but you may come across a helpful agent

Aside from that, as you posted yourself it states
eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time
And the rest of the terms
