Hello I have been sold fake item on e bay and I would like to request refund

Then you need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute if you were not sent what was in the listing

Posting on the member to member forum will not get you a refund

You have 30 days to open an 'item not as described' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

And if you purchased as a guest

The seller will have 3 business days to send you a return label with tracked postage.

If the seller doesn't respond during that time, you can ask eBay to step in
