Leande obviously doesn't know that you open a claim when you get a faulty item, she doesn't even know this is a public messageboard, she thinks she has sent a private message to the ebay 'sorting out centre'.
She's sitting back right now waiting for ebay to get back to her.

If what you were sent arrived faulty and does not match the description, you need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute, within the time limit

·6 months agoIf you received a faulty / not as described item, you have 30 days to open an 'item not as described' case through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

The seller will have 3 business days to send you a return label with tracking.
If the seller doesn't respond , you can ask eBay to step in
