Faulty second hand auto electrical part
I purchased a second hand auto electrical part and had it fitted, but auto electrician says it's faulty. It's only getting installed about 60 days later as I have to arrange work and family around electricians availability. Can I get refund / return it? as it has not been open or used until they tried to install today

·1 year agoYou are probably out of time for an eBay dispute (30 days after delivery), but you might be able to claim through Paypal (if you paid that way) or a credit card chargeback.

Your having to arrange an electrician does not come into it in anyway, we all have lives and obligations/commitments outside eBay
As far as I am aware, PayPal is for the item the condition arrives in, not after two months but you could try if you paid that way
What was the item number?
Was it from a reputable seller/company here?
Or was the seller in China?
