feedback notifications dissapeared
Is anyone else annoyed by not having feedback from you or from the seller? its been a couple of days now and i still cant find any wat to fix the problem

·3 years agoI have just noticed they are back for me on the summary page (not in the purchase history though).

·3 years agoOur pages (both purchase history and summary) have been changing back and forth for the last few months.
Love the old page as everything is visible at a glance, but greatly dislike the new one.

·3 years agoYes, it Looks like eBay has made some changes regarding the orders area.
Now you have to click on the 'View order details' and see all the tracking and order details.
eBay, please put that back as it was better to see these details on one page and making the flow easy to see.

Even IF they did, they care little, if at all, what members think of their 'improvements'

OP3 years agoexactly papermoon.lady, i`ve cleared my cache, tried various different pages on ebay and tried using another browser. All a waste of time, i like to be able to see who has left me feedback and who has`nt.

Click on your name (here, as a member on the forum)
Click on the 100% positive under your username
click on the words positive (25)
Comes up there
Not sure what it is not coming up in the 'usual' way when trying to look when you are logged in as yourself trying to look though

·3 years agoIt is still working for me (I just checked again). I hope it is not a change that will slowly affect everyone, you know, one of those changes eBay implements to enhance our buying experience. 🙄
I remember that initially the feedback icons were not available on the summary page, but only on the purchase history page. Now it is the opposite, for me at least. I hope they won't remove them from both pages.
Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? It can solve a lot of problems. And have you also tried another browser?

OP3 years agoYeah tried all that, probably ebay and their "Stream lining". Why do they have to screw with the service, "if it aint broke dont fix it !!!"

·3 years agoYes, the same for me Papermoon. They've removed it from both the "purchase history" and the "summary" pages.
I've used the "tell us what you think" button at the top of the page................again. Though I seriously doubt eBay give a FF what it's members think..........

If so, then go to your "summary" page, it's still there.
